Property Inspections
- Upon occupancy, a move in inspection is made by Carriage Property Management and new tenant.
- A “Move-In” checklist is completed to document the condition of the property prior to the new tenant’s occupancy.
- In some situations digital pictures will be taken and stored for future verification of the visual inspection.
- The same process will occur upon “Move-out”, the results will dictate the amount of security deposit retained for cleaning or damage caused under tenancy.
- Periodic drive-by inspections may be conducted to insure the property is being maintained in a satisfactory condition. A written notification will be sent to the tenant if a violation or visual concern is noticed.
- If necessary an interior inspection will be performed.
